The  Dayton Arab-American Forum is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, non-sectarian organization whose purpose is to develop and maintain programs which will:
  • Promote the cultural heritage of Arab-Americans
  • Foster tolerance and understanding of Arab-Americans among the general population
  • Counter all forms of discrimination and cultural stereotyping of Arabs and Americans of Arab descent
  • Represent the views of the membership to the local media
  • Encourage communication among all Arab-Americans
  • Create liaisons and maintain cooperative relationships with local

      Forum booth:

  • Food

    The main dishes:  cheese pies, meat pies, spinach pies, Manakeesh, Labneh sandwiches, Couscous, kusharee, Mujaddara, fatoush , olive salad and olive paste.

    Juice: mango, guava, boysenberry, Arabic fruit punch, and apricot.

    Dessert: Candied almonds, Aramish, Nougat, Malben, and an assortment of Baklava
