The Dayton Arab-American Forum is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, non-sectarian organization whose purpose is to develop and maintain programs which will:
- Promote the cultural heritage of Arab-Americans
- Foster tolerance and understanding of Arab-Americans among the general population
- Counter all forms of discrimination and cultural stereotyping of Arabs and Americans of Arab descent
- Represent the views of the membership to the local media
- Encourage communication among all Arab-Americans
- Create liaisons and maintain cooperative relationships with local

Forum booth:
- Food
The main dishes: cheese pies, meat pies, spinach pies, Manakeesh, Labneh sandwiches, Couscous, kusharee, Mujaddara, fatoush , olive salad and olive paste.
Juice: mango, guava, boysenberry, Arabic fruit punch, and apricot.
Dessert: Candied almonds, Aramish, Nougat, Malben, and an assortment of Baklava
