A Musical Journey Around the World
The cultural theme for this year's festival is "A Musical Journey Around the World".

Sukay--Music of the Andes
With deep sounding pipes, haunting flutes and fast-paced rhythms played on a guitar-like instrument made from the shell of an armadillo, SUKAY creates an ethereal, pulsating sound that fills listeners with the energy and strenth of the Andes Mountains.

Soloists from the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra will perform on the Formal Stage on Saturday in celebration of "A Musical Journey Around the World"

Kenya Safari Acrobats
The World's premier African Acrobats will return in 2010; hailing from Mombassa Kenya, this unbelievable group will leave you astounded and amazed at their extraordinary feats of acrobatics.
The Kenya Safari Acrobats will perform during the day and evening on Saturday and Sunday.

This special entertainment provided by DIFI with support by the Ohio Arts Council.

Ahiska Turkish Community is the newest addition to DIFI and will perform on the Formal and Informal Stages on Saturday.

A World A'Fair Passports
The Passport program, inaugurated in 2007, will be done again this year. Each child visiting the Festival will receive a passport that will be stamped at each booth as he travels the world at this festival.  It is great fun and a great learning experience for children of all ages! A drawing will be held for prizes for children collecting Passport stamps.

Dining Around the World
Dayton International Festival Inc. has put together a cookbook of favorite recipes from member organizations. The books will be available for purchase at A World A'Fair or from any DIFI member.

Advance Ticket Sales
Reduced rate advance tickets will now be available on days of the performance at: Area Kroger Stores, Miami Valley AAA offices, Siebenthaler Garden Centers, and La Lama in Yellow Springs. Advance tickets will be again be available from participating members through Sunday May 16.

Naturalization Ceremony
There will be a naturalization ceremony Saturday at 12:00 noon for persons who will be attaining US citizenship.
